Notify Canadian Institutions

Inform banks, CRA, and provincial health services of your move. Set up mail forwarding.

Apply for TIE Residence Card

Within 30 days of arrival, book and attend your appointment to get your Foreigner Identity Card.

Register with Local Town Hall (Empadronamiento)

Register your address to officially become a resident of your municipality.

Register for Public Healthcare

Once you have your residency and social security number, register at the local health center.

Obtain Spanish Driving License
